Our Everyday Getaway

Chris and Katrina also known as Our Everyday Getaway, where you’ll find travel videos, campground reviews and RV lifestyle content.  Chris and Katrina started RVing part-time in the summer of 2016 and made the leap to full-time RV living in December 2022.  They usually spend their time in campgrounds, RV Resorts, but also love state parks and are looking forward to more off-grid camping and boondocking once they upgrade their coach batteries.  They share their life on the road with their 9-year-old Golden lab mix, Traveling Tucker.

  • Fun Facts: Katrina was a wedding and event florist for over 35 years and also worked at the White House for 7 years during two administrations. Chris is a retired Ironworker and worked for the same company for 35 years. He is also a cancer survivor.
  • Biggest Fear or Phobia: Breaking down on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. Katrina has a fear of heights while driving. She’s afraid of going off the side of the road!
